Job Details About the Company

We are an established, full-service consulting engineering firm specializing in the design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. With decades of experience and thousands of completed projects, our team works on a diverse portfolio of new construction, renovation, retrofit, and system upgrade projects.

Our projects span healthcare, K-12 and higher education, institutional, municipal, and commercial facilities. We take a collaborative approach to engineering, working closely with owners, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders from initial design through construction.

What You'll Do
  • Design and develop MEP systems for new construction, renovation, and retrofit projects
  • Prepare construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate designs with architects, contractors, owners, and other engineering disciplines
  • Review existing building systems and assist with assessments and upgrade recommendations
  • Support projects throughout design, bidding, and construction
  • Review submittals, RFIs, and other construction documentation
  • Participate in site visits and field observations as needed
  • Ensure designs meet applicable building codes, industry standards, and project requirements
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
What We're Looking For
  • Experience within MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems engineering
  • Background working on commercial or institutional construction projects
  • Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or similar design software preferred
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work directly with clients, architects, contractors, and internal engineering teams
  • Engineering degree and EIT or PE credentials are a plus depending on experience level
