Essential Job Functions:

  • Assists in the development of individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
  • Provide program training and feedback directly to behavior technicians and parents in a naturalistic setting.
  • Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician.
  • Supervision includes the following activities under the direction of a BCBA: assisting in administering assessments  and implementation of client treatment plans, regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress, and provide parent education.
  • Under the direction of the BCBA, ensures client treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintains data collection on all given treatment plan goals.
  • During fieldwork experience, participates in group supervision, a minimum of twice per month and completes all required assignments provided by the instructor.
  • Demonstrates leadership by participating in company related activities, such as interviewing potential new hires, job fairs, and providing trainings a minimum of one time per quarter. 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree required
  • Enrollment in BCaBA program or BCBA program preferred (required within 120 days of hire) 
  • Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with children with autism spectrum disorders (“ASD”) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
