Job description

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedAll Source Analystto join our team at JBLE AFB, supporting the480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). The All Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft support to enable Single/Multi-Discipline ISR operations. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver actionable insights that support mission objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • ConductSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR AnalysisandMulti-Int Fusionto support operational and strategic decision-making. 
  • Performanalytical tradecraft support, including the development of intelligence products and reports. 
  • Integrate data from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to produce comprehensive assessments. 
  • SupportISR targeting developmentand operational planning efforts. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, operators, and mission planners, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. 
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them. 
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills. 
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines. 
Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Min 9 years experience w/o a degree or 7 years experience with AS/AA or 5 years experience with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 2 years with PHD
  • DOD 8140 Compliance based on DSCWF code 111 Basic
  • Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is required. 
  • Experience Level:Mid-level experience in All Source Analysis, with a proven track record of supporting ISR operations. 
  • Technical Expertise: 
  • Proficiency inSingle/Multi-Discipline ISR AnalysisandMulti-Int Fusion
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations. 
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes. 
  • Skills: 
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting the480 ISRWor similar ISR organizations. 
  • Knowledge ofISR targeting developmentand operational-level intelligence planning. 
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Governmentall-source analysis training courseor specialized intelligence certification. 
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies. 
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts. 
  • Required Experience: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.

Target Salary Range$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
