- Facilitate communication and status reporting across stakeholders ranging from end users to executive leadership
- Help shape and define workstreams, operating independently while escalating issues appropriately when needed
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support overall governance, documentation, and project reporting activities

- 5+ years of project management experience within insurance, financial services, or professional services environments
