Salesforce Lead Functional Analyst

Our client, City Colleges of Chicago is looking for a Salesforce Lead Functional Analyst to join their project team. This person should understand the business requirements to facilitate discussions/configuration related to Call Center and provide their expert input for the Salesforce CRM implementation project scheduled for an approximate Fall 2025 Go-Live and beyond. The goal is to implement a high-volume contact center, including chat and incoming calls.

Requirements:

  • Higher Ed experience is required
  • Salesforce certification is required (Admin)
  • Must have Salesforce experience (Service Cloud/Call Center)
  • Must have at least 3 years total as a functional lead and worked on 2 or more Salesforce projects
