  • Mentor junior front-end developers, provide technical guidance, and support onboarding of new team members
  • Collaborate with designers (Figma or comparable tools), back-end engineers, and Government stakeholders to ensure cohesive and compliant user experiences
  • Implement and maintain WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards across all developed interfaces
  • Contribute to change management iteration cycles (bi-weekly sprints) and support monthly status reports
  • Adhere to DoW ASD STIG requirements, OWASP secure coding standards, and DHRA/DMDC coding standards
  • Support production monitoring, identify performance issues, and implement remediation plans in coordination with the ISSO and cybersecurity team

  • Proven track record of delivering accessible web applications in compliance with WCAG standards
  • Experience with comprehensive front-end testing strategies, including unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), integration testing, and end-to-end testing (Cypress or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience building and documenting reusable component libraries for cross-team use
  • Must obtain and maintain a Tier 3 (T3) background investigation in accordance with DoWI 5200.02
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a DoW Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must complete all mandatory training within 30 calendar days of reporting for duty, including CUI, OPSEC, Privacy Act/PII, IT Security Awareness, and Insider Threat Awareness training

Preferred Qualifications:
