Responsibilities

  • Work on daily tasks - Jenkins issues, build/deploy requests/issues, environments issues, setting up new boxes/deploying services
  • Support deployments into Test and Prod environments
  • Support Dev Team with releases by providing self-service build/deploy jobs through Jenkins)
  • Work/resolve day-to-day issues from Dash/Jira/Email/Verbal sources
  • Contribute towards improvements tasks
  • Knowledge sharing and documentation
  • Supports tool upgrades, including the testing and validation of APT toolset changes
