Required Technical Skills

SQL (Must‑Have)

  • Strong to advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Experience supporting reporting, analytics, and data integration workloads

Business Intelligence & Reporting (Must-have)

  • Solid, hands‑on experience with Power BI (dashboards, datasets, dataflows)
  • Experience developing and maintaining SSRS reports
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, accurate reporting solutions
  • Working knowledge of DAX and performance‑optimized report design

Data Engineering & Data Platforms (Must-have some experience/exposure)

  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure data services, such as:
    • Azure SQL Database
    • Azure Data Lake Storage
    • Azure Synapse Analytics
    • Microsoft Fabric
    • Azure Data Factory
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems, including on‑prem SQL sources
