Lime Media is a leader in experiential marketing, specializing in LED technology and data-driven solutions. As we expand our digital infrastructure, we're looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our team and grow with us.

This entry-level role blends hands-on software development, data integration, and application support. You'll work with senior developers and business teams to enhance our applications, support end users, and contribute to technical projects with real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

App Development & Enhancement: Assist in auditing, refactoring, and expanding the Lime LED app under senior guidance. Implement new features and maintain clean, documented code.

Application Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for software-related issues from staff, drivers, and customers. Triage, resolve, or escalate tickets via JIRA.

Testing & Release Management: Validate fixes, assist with UAT, and coordinate user feedback. Create release notes and communicate changes effectively.

Knowledge Management & Documentation: Maintain a repository of common issues. Create training materials for users to reduce support needs and improve application uptime.

Business Use Case: Identify opportunities for process and data improvements based on interactions with functional users.

Data & Integration Support: Help design and implement pipelines from the multiple data sources to our data lake. Build and operate analytic tools for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Technical: SQL, basic JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React Native. Exposure to REST APIs and cloud services (Azure preferred).
