Position Title: ย Sr. Electrical/Instrumentation Designer (Mid-Level)

Location: Houston, TX

The Senior Electrical/Instrumentation Designer (mid-level) is responsible for performing detail design activities within the Electrical/Instrumentation discipline.


Essential Functions

  • Perform complex designs and layouts of One-Line Diagrams, E/I Plans, Sections & Details, Wiring Diagrams and Schematic Diagrams utilizing CAD hardware and software.ย 
  • Review vendor drawings and other documents.ย 


Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of design experience in a drafting environment developing One Line Diagrams, Electrical/Instrument plans, sections and details, schematics diagrams and wiring diagrams.ย 
  • Minimum of 5 years of CAD experience, including 3D Design.ย 
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards.ย 
  • AutoCAD 2016.ย 


Education

High school diploma. Associate's degree or certification from technical trade school preferred.ย
