Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions across enterprise-grade implementations. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex development, integrations, and hands-on experience with enterprise clouds such as Salesforce including Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across multiple orgs/environments
  • Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (as needed)
  • Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs with external systems
  • Lead development efforts across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define system requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers
  • Ensure coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines are followed
  • Optimize Salesforce performance, data model design, and automation processes
  • Participate in release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC, Aura)
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex programming (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
  • Strong integration experience using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP Web Services
    • Bulk API / Data Loader frameworks
  • Deep experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets)
  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling and governor limits optimization
