1. 7+ years of experience with Microstrategy development including reports and building dashboards
2. Experience working with various components within microstrategy but must have worked with architecture.
3. Some light knowledge/ability to write PL/SQL code.
Job Description: Barclays is looking for a Microstrategy Developer for a 6 month+ contract position. Candidates will be doing reporting and building dasboards for all lines of business (marking, fraud, risk, etc.) based on project needs. For example, Marketing wants to know how many card holders within a certain location or demographic has used certain card features to ensure their marketing programs are efficient. This team will build the reports for the marketing team. They must have 7 years of experience as a Microstrategy Developer. The should have experience with the Microstrategy technology stack including architecture experience--setting up the metadata. Ideally candidates will have experience with Unix as microstrategy is run on Unix servers at Barclays. Candidates should have some oracle PL/SQL experience as they are an Oracle shop. Experience with Command Manager is a plus as is Agile experience.
