  • Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop test cases and acceptance criteria to support end-user acceptance testing.
  • Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and user documentation to support ongoing system use.
  • Present solution options to customers, evaluating declarative configuration versus code/customization.

  • Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams.
  • Support training content development and deliver administrator and end-user training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, preferably with the CE module.
  • Prior experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Experience with packaged applications preferred.
  • Ability to design scalable solutions and perform system configuration when needed.
  • Strong change management and scope control experience, including impact analysis.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred but not required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
