Location ย ย ย :Malvern, PA (Hybrid- 3 days a week onsite & must be willing to relocate and be onsite on day 1)

Durationย ย  ย :1 year(possible extension)

Primary area of focus is Office 365 and Email administration; additional experience with platforms like Terraform or other infrastructure as code platforms are a big plus along with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • The person hired into this role will be an engineer on the Messaging team responsible for the engineering and innovation of our email platform(s) to drive high availability, resilience, and solutions to make our employees more productive.

Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience

  • Engineer should be senior level with experience managing Microsoft Office 365 platform and applications.
  • Specialized focus in email administration (Microsoft Exchange).
  • Nice to haves are experience with Microsoft Azure and experience with CI/CD changes and constructs, agile project/product management, as well as ability to script/code at an expert level.

Hiring Managerย Notes: to find the suitable candidate

  • They are looking for someone who has a background in email platform engineering, but he wants them to know the microsoft ecosystem overall.
  • Essentially they are starting to change the way they work, starting to push towards IaC and pipelines which is why someone who hasย that devOps type of exposure is a nice to have, as well as Azure
  • This role is operationalย in nature, general request driven work but the long term road map will include innovation and improving how crew members interact with the email platform.
  • They want someone who is a product expertย in Microsoft rather than just your traditional engineer.
  • Needs to be self driven, eager to learn, etc.
