CEO Damon Lembi drives a team of 52 employees dedicated to making learning efficient, valuable, and pleasurable. Learn iT! also manages a carefully selected network of nationwide instructors, allowing us to train on a national scale or for major rollouts.
Learn iT! provides live, hands-on, instructor-led training in:
  • Microsoft Office, Design, Web Design & End-User Training
  • IT & Technical Development
  • Project Management, Business & Leadership Workshops

Job Description
We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, detail oriented, and dynamic. The ideal instructor will be able to perform admirably in front of any audience for any of our clients. The role is a blend of live training at our SF office, live training at client locations, and remote training so being dynamic is a crucial attribute for success.
This contract position is a great opportunity to expand your skill set and gain valuable experience in front of Fortune 500 Companies. Our classes are usually a blend of live and remote students, so you must be comfortable balancing multiple people at one time. We have 10 classrooms at our SF office and also send our instructors to client sites around the Bay Area at places such as Genentech, Gap, Wells Fargo, and the San Francisco Giants.
You can take our classes for free and it pays $250-$500/day, DOE.
Qualifications
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook)
Facilitate learning in a classroom environment and communicate clearly
Experience with "real world" graphic, database, office, or web software to intermediate/advanced level
For full-time consideration, instructor must be able to teach a number of the programs listed above
Previous training experience required, unless you are a natural!
Ability to learn quickly and readily adapt to change is a necessity
Ability to balance live students and remote students simultaneously
Courses are delivered at Learn iT! & Client's site - Instructors are responsible for their own transportation
