Job Description:
Serve as Student Ambassador for Admissions and Financial Aid department on the Atlanta Campus. Under direct and indirect supervision, administratively support office functions, including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, data entry, field incoming calls, returning calls, and answering general questions from current and prospective students. Student Ambassador will also assist with Welcome Center visitors and walk-ins, give campus tours, and other office duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be a current Mercer student in good standing and Federal Work Study eligible. Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to assist with Welcome Center visitors, prospective and current students.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pay rate: $11.00 per hour.
