Job description

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk supports the sustainability efforts facilitating the movement of incoming and outgoing products through the warehouse & manufacturing area. Follows all Safety, GMP, and Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Perform all duties in the shipping/receiving office including customer service with truck drivers.
• Accurately process shipping & receiving paperwork.
• Extensive use of communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Customer Service experience in a business to business setting.
• Willing and able to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including periods of time in refrigerated, noisy, non-air conditioned or unheated areas.
• Experience utilizing organizational skills to file paperwork, manage, answer, and place vendor and/or internal or external calls.
Basic Qualifications:
• Microsoft, SAP experience
• Willingness and ability to work any shift to include variable start times, nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Three (3) year or more of experience in clerical position
• High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft, SAP experience
• Three (3) year or more of experience shipping & receiving clerical position
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years or more of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse & manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing
