Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients' mental and emotional health to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help patients understand their trauma and build effective coping strategies tailored to their individual circumstances.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins and appropriately modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate individual counseling sessions, creating a safe space for patients to discuss their experiences and emotions without judgment.
