Soundview Landscape Irrigation is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Operations Coordinator to support our growing Irrigation and Outdoor Lighting company. This is a fully remote position (must be located within a one hour drive of Kenmore, WA) supporting our Seattle-area operations and serves as the central point of communication between clients, field crews, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. We are looking for someone who can not only manage daily operations but also identify opportunities to improve processes and help build a more efficient organization. We are offering a competitive salary of $29 to $33 hourly plus healthcare benefits; 401K (3% match); PTO and major holidays off.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Manage high-volume phone and email communication with clients.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars.
  • Dispatch crews and communicate schedule updates throughout the day.
  • Create, update, and maintain work orders.
  • Track project and service status to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and service updates.
  • Support administrative functions including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with field crews and leadership to ensure seamless operations.

Operations Coordinator Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service role.
  • Experience supporting service-based industries such as landscaping, irrigation, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar environments preferred.
