Overview

EUA is seeking a Technology & AI Specialist to help drive the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions across the firm while providing hands-on technology support for employees. This role serves as a bridge between technology and project teams, helping advance AI initiatives, improve business processes, support end users, and ensure reliable workplace technology experiences across the firm.

The ideal candidate combines strong technology skills with hands-on experience in AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, Copilot Studio, automation technologies, and enterprise data solutions. This role will work directly with the Director of Information Technology and Data Strategist to support day-to-day technology operations, improve user experience, and help move AI initiatives from experimentation to scalable business solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, security, and responsible AI practices remain a priority.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solutions

  • Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI tools and workflows across the firm.
  • Assist with the development of AI agents, Copilot solutions, and workflow automations that improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Develop training materials, best practices, and user guidance for AI technologies.
  • Support AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible use initiatives.
  • Assist with AI pilots, testing, change management, and user adoption efforts.
  • Partner with consultants to maintain data integrations, pipelines, and automation workflows.
  • Support Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and related data platforms.
  • Help develop AI-ready data structures, knowledge repositories, and enterprise search solutions.

Technology Support

  • Provide responsive support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, business applications, and digital workplace technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues through remote support, in-person assistance, and the IT ticketing process.
  • Support employee onboarding, workstation setup, equipment deployments, and technology orientation.
  • Provide hands-on support for conference room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and presentation systems.
  • Perform routine testing and maintenance of conference room technology to ensure reliable meeting experiences.
  • Assist with software deployments, system upgrades, and technology projects.
  • Support end-user training, onboarding, and technology adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate work, and enhance user experiences.
  • Document support procedures, knowledge articles, and user guidance to improve service delivery and consistency.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with generative AI technologies, including LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience designing, configuring, testing, or supporting AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model grounding, and knowledge management concepts.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, databases, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and human-in-the-loop validation practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and business applications.
  • Experience supporting conference room technology, Microsoft Teams Rooms, audiovisual equipment, and hybrid meeting environments.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on end-user support.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues while balancing support responsibilities and technology projects.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher
  • 3–7 years of experience in information technology, end-user support, business applications, AI, automation, or related fields.
