Job description

The Big Picture (Purpose):

To collaborate closely with teams across the organization in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements, leveraging digital solutions such as Power Apps and PowerBI, to enhance insights and decision-making. By bridging the gap between data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies, this role will not only advance our digital reporting capabilities but also instill best practices, ensuring our commitment to excellence and sustainable growth.


What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing digital tools to boost operational efficiency.
  • Engage stakeholders to capture requirements for new reports and digital capabilities, ensuring outputs align with user needs.
  • Seek out and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness and user experience of digital tools and reports.
  • Utilize PowerBI to create compelling visualizations that convey data in an easily understandable format for reporting purposes.
  • Document both new and existing PowerBI Reports to aid in standardization efforts.
  • Assist in managing a library of reports, ensuring they are well organized, up to date, and easily accessible to users within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and executing of new continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to bring to the table (Experience):

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, technology, or a related field required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Power Platform (including SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI).
  • 2+ Years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, or similar role, developing and implementing digital solutions.
  • Power Query, SQL, VBA, HTML, DAX preferred
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications preferred
  • Six Sigma, Lean-Sigma, or Lean Certifications preferred

  • Technical skill and aptitude, with a particular emphasis on PowerBI and PowerApps.
  • Flexible working style with the capability to thrive both when working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
