Lead Turbine Sourcing. Build Strategic Partnerships. Power What’s Next.

Jereh North American Group is seeking a Supply Chain Director, Power Systems to lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, procurement, and supply chain execution supporting our growing power generation business.

This is not a general procurement or logistics position. We are looking for a senior supply chain leader with direct experience in gas turbines, turbine packages, power generation equipment, microgrids, or major electrical infrastructure.

The Supply Chain Director will develop and manage the supplier network required to support turbine deployment, power system projects, manufacturing, field service, and future growth across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sourcing for gas turbines, turbine packages, generators, microgrid systems, electrical equipment, controls, batteries, and balance-of-plant components
  • Develop and manage executive-level relationships with turbine and power-equipment OEMs, including Baker Hughes, Siemens Energy, GE Vernova, and comparable suppliers
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, lead times, capacity, payment terms, warranties, technical support, and long-term supply agreements
  • Monitor turbine and power-equipment markets for pricing, supplier capacity, lead-time trends, supply risk, and sourcing opportunities
  • Develop U.S.-based suppliers for microgrid and power-generation components, including engineering firms, EMS providers, battery suppliers, electrical manufacturers, fabricators, and component suppliers
  • Build secondary and Tier 2 supplier options to improve capacity, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity
  • Lead supplier qualification, performance management, scorecards, corrective actions, and executive supplier reviews
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, Field Service, Finance, and Project Management to align sourcing with technical and operational requirements
  • Support inventory planning, critical spare parts, material availability, logistics, and warehouse operations
  • Identify opportunities to localize supply and determine where U.S. sourcing provides advantages in cost, lead time, logistics, tariffs, or technical support
  • Help establish the supply chain structure required to support rapid growth in turbine and distributed power deployments
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain
  • 5+ years in a senior sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership position
  • Direct experience in power generation, gas turbines, turbomachinery, microgrids, critical power, or major electrical equipment
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing turbines, turbine packages, generators, or other major engineered power equipment
  • Experience negotiating directly with OEMs and strategic equipment suppliers
  • Demonstrated contract negotiation experience involving major equipment, capacity, pricing, delivery, warranty, and supplier performance
  • Experience developing and managing strategic supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of U.S. and global sourcing markets
  • Strong understanding of total cost, supplier risk, market intelligence, and supply-chain economics
  • Experience working across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, and finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas
