Ace Precision is seeking a Programming Analyst to help drive technology solutions that support our manufacturing operations. This position develops and maintains custom business applications, ERP enhancements, reporting solutions, and automation tools that improve efficiency across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Programming Analyst at Ace Precision, you will:

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support custom software applications and web-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain Epicor ERP customizations, integrations, and enhancements
  • Create applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using DAX, calculated measures, and relationships
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, management, and end users to gather requirements and develop effective technology solutions
  • Participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to internal users
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and system specifications
  • Work with software vendors when necessary to resolve complex technical issues
  • Recommend improvements to business processes through automation and technology
  • Support Ace Precision's Quality Management System and follow company safety policies and procedures

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Programming, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of programming or application development experience
  • Experience developing applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, and Microsoft SQL
  • Experience creating or modifying SSRS and Crystal Reports
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, calculated columns, measures, and relationships
  • Experience with Epicor ERP or other enterprise resource planning systems preferred
  • Experience with JavaScript, LINQ, CSLA .NET, Razor Pages, Unit Testing, and Kendo UI is a plus
  • Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
