As a Business Applications Analyst, you will work within the Digital Transformation team to build, implement, and support technology solutions that reduce manual effort and improve business processes. Working under the direction of the Digital Transformation Manager, you will help deliver CRM enhancements, workflow automation, digital intake solutions, data improvements, system integrations, and AI-powered capabilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support and Enhancements

  • Provide Tier 2 support for Dynamics 365 CRM, including navigation, views, dashboards, reporting, data entry, and user access.
  • Configure, test, and implement approved enhancements to forms, views, dashboards, fields, business rules, and related functionality.

Support data quality by identifying duplicates, reinforcing standards, and coordinating corrections.

Maintain documentation and provide user guidance or training as needed.

  • Digital Intake, Workflow Automation, and AI Solutions
  • Build and enhance intake forms and Power Automate workflows using approved standards.
  • Turn approved requirements and designs into working forms, workflows, and automations.
  • Monitor workflow runs, troubleshoot issues, and implement error handling and logging.
  • Use approved AI-assisted development tools to research, troubleshoot, test, document, and help build AI-enabled solutions.

Business Process Improvement Support

  • Document current-state processes, including steps, inputs, outputs, and exceptions.
  • Assist with gathering and documenting functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams to support future-state design and continuous improvement planning.
Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • 1 to 3 years of experience supporting business applications, workflow automation, business systems, or related technology solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to translate defined business requirements and solution designs into tested, working solutions.
  • Experience working with structured data, including strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative, and work independently when needed.

PREFERRED

  • Exposure to a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience building or supporting Power Automate and Power Apps solutions.
  • Experience building or maintaining forms in Formstack or similar tools (JotForm, Microsoft Forms, Typeform).
  • Familiarity with concepts such as tables, fields, relationships, and basic security models.
  • Experience supporting changes from pre-production through production.
  • Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or similar technologies.

Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, intelligent document processing, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
