As a Consultant at Spyglass MTG you will be working on projects to develop Microsoft technology focused solutions for a variety of clients in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Higher Education. Our office is located in Lincoln, RI, however our clients are typically located in the Greater Boston and New England area. You will be working in a team environment that consists of Spyglass and Client members.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Azure Data Engineer to our data engineering team and drive the design and implementation of data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. As the Lead Azure Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing end-to-end data solutions, providing technical guidance to the team, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality and scalable data solutions that support our organization's data-driven initiatives.


Recruiting & Business Development Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid (New England Highly Preferred, drive able to RI Office)

About the Role

Spyglass MTG and Tryton TC are seeking a Recruiting & Business Development Specialist to support the growth of our consulting and staffing businesses. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated staffing professional who enjoys both recruiting and business development and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in IT staffing and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, with exposure to client development, account management, or sales. Recruiting will be the primary focus of the role, while business development activities will help drive growth during periods of lower recruiting demand.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical and professional roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding  activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and ensure successful placements.

Business Development

  • Generate new staffing opportunities and client relationships for Tryton TC.
  • Support sales efforts for Spyglass MTG's Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) offerings.
  • Conduct prospecting, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential opportunities and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting or participating in business development, sales, or account management activities.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using recruiting platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with firms such as TEKsystems, Apex Systems, Insight Global, Kforce, Beacon Hill, Eliassen, or similar      staffing organizations.
  • Success recruiting for both contract and full-time positions.
  • Exposure to technology consulting, Microsoft solutions, cloud services, or managed services.
  • Interest in growing into a larger business development or sales role over time.
