We are looking for aย Hyperscalerย Operationsย Specialist who can lead and scale the operational backbone of ourย Hyperscalerย practices. You will work with a team of sales and operations professionals to streamline operations and maximize engagement for programs and services that meet the business needs and goals of ourย Customers.ย ย

Role & Responsibilities
- Overseeย and iteratively improve theย Hyperscalerย operational lifecycle,ย definingย onboardingย requirements and aggregatingย enablementย content, monthly usage aggregation,ย validationย andย reportingย ย
- Maintain and iteratively improve Marketplace process experience & integrityย ย
- Proactively own the tracking and remediation of non-reportingย Partners, usage discrepancies,ย zero-reportingย casesย and billing disputesย
- Monitor upcoming expirations, renewals, and terminations; proactively communicate with internal teams to ensureย timelyย actionย ย
- Recruit Hosting Partners into relevant programs and report on program executionย
- Forecast and report on program incentivesย ย
- Distribute hosting program updates throughout the organizationย
- Develop andย maintainย documentation of processes and best practicesย
- Travel required: up to 10%ย
