Are you looking for a role where you can leverage your understanding of the Hyperscaler interfaces and programs and our competitive advantages to drive growth?  

We are looking for a Hyperscaler Operations Specialist who can lead and scale the operational backbone of our Hyperscaler practices. You will work with a team of sales and operations professionals to streamline operations and maximize engagement for programs and services that meet the business needs and goals of our Customers.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Oversee and iteratively improve the Hyperscaler operational lifecycle, defining onboarding requirements and aggregating enablement content, monthly usage aggregation, validation and reporting  
  • Maintain and iteratively improve Marketplace process experience & integrity  
  • Proactively own the tracking and remediation of non-reporting Partners, usage discrepancies, zero-reporting cases and billing disputes 
  • Monitor upcoming expirations, renewals, and terminations; proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure timely action  
  • Recruit Hosting Partners into relevant programs and report on program execution 
  • Forecast and report on program incentives  
  • Distribute hosting program updates throughout the organization 
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and best practices 
  • Travel required: up to 10%

  • Demonstrated experience using AI in a practical, applied way — such as improving workflows, automating tasks, enabling better decisionmaking, or increasing impact in prior roles.This does not require deep technical or engineering expertise in AI; we value applied use, experimenting, and a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning.  
  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft SPLA program 
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple teams 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • You’re accustomed to being the first to find new information, figuring out the “why and how” and crafting training programs for teams that need to stay up to speed  
  • You’re committed to delivering exceptional customer service and can’t wait to share a story about a time you delighted a customer 
  • You understand that we must be adaptable in order to be accountable 
  • You’re a believer in work/life balance, but “inbox zero” is a way of life while your collaborators are working standard hours 

Preferred  

  • Experience with Microsoft services incentives programs 
  • Experience in creating and processing Private Offer orders
