We are looking for aย Hyperscalerย Operationsย Specialist who can lead and scale the operational backbone of ourย Hyperscalerย practices. You will work with a team of sales and operations professionals to streamline operations and maximize engagement for programs and services that meet the business needs and goals of ourย Customers.ย ย

Role & Responsibilities


  • Overseeย and iteratively improve theย Hyperscalerย operational lifecycle,ย definingย onboardingย requirements and aggregatingย enablementย content, monthly usage aggregation,ย validationย andย reportingย ย 
  • Maintain and iteratively improve Marketplace process experience & integrityย ย 
  • Proactively own the tracking and remediation of non-reportingย Partners, usage discrepancies,ย zero-reportingย casesย and billing disputesย 
  • Monitor upcoming expirations, renewals, and terminations; proactively communicate with internal teams to ensureย timelyย actionย ย 
  • Recruit Hosting Partners into relevant programs and report on program executionย 
  • Forecast and report on program incentivesย ย 
  • Distribute hosting program updates throughout the organizationย 
  • Develop andย maintainย documentation of processes and best practicesย 
  • Travel required: up to 10%ย
