  • 10+ years of relevant work experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, with significant time delivering Microsoft solutions.
  • Deep, hands on expertise across the Microsoft portfolio, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Modern Work, Security (Entra, Defender, Sentinel, Purview), Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
  • Expert in leading delivery on complex, large scale professional services engagements, including delivery methodology, governance, and quality management.
  • Strong success track record delivering complex programs and engagements on scope, schedule, and budget while achieving strong customer satisfaction.
  • Strong track record establishing and growing client relationships quickly through experience, point of view, and delivery excellence.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal of Enterprise Microsoft Delivery to lead the delivery of complex enterprise client engagements and to serve as a senior technical authority within our Enterprise Microsoft solutions practice. The Principal will personally lead the delivery of Microsoft engagements, guiding Microsoft architects and consultants and ensuring the successful and efficient execution of enterprise client engagements across the Microsoft portfolio, from initial scope definition to final delivery. This role requires deep, expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot, along with delivery methodologies and client relationship management.
The role will focus on driving delivery excellence across WWT's Enterprise Microsoft engagements, contributing to the strategy of the delivery practice to improve WWT's market competitiveness, building repeatable delivery capabilities, deepening technical depth and Microsoft specializations, meeting and exceeding utilization and delivery metrics, and driving integrated solutions and successful customer outcomes. The team's mission is to deliver integrated Microsoft solutions at scale with predictable quality, while executing and continuously improving delivery methodology and standards.
This position will work in close partnership with Sales (e.g., Services Sales, GS&A, Account Managers), and complement Solutions Teams to grow the Microsoft pipeline and expand engagements in new and existing accounts.
Success criteria will be focused on:
  • Leading high quality, predictable delivery of Microsoft engagements that meet scope, timeline, budget, and customer expectations.
  • Building and reusing repeatable Microsoft delivery accelerators, assets, and methodologies across engagements.
  • Expanding the Microsoft footprint within existing and new accounts through delivery excellence and by identifying follow on opportunities.
  • Establishing trusting customer relationships and consistently meeting customer expectations through delivery excellence.
  • Viewed as a technical role model and mentor to peers and team members, teaming across all Solution Leads, and showing up as One WWT across all teams.

Provides Technical Leadership and Supports Delivery Growth:
  • Contributes to the delivery strategy for WWT's Microsoft practice and serves as a technical authority who keeps delivery offerings market relevant and competitive. Partners with critical Sales Leaders to support robust delivery and successful rollouts.
  • Supports qualification through delivery of opportunities, guiding clients across multiple Microsoft workloads.
  • Builds strong working relationships with client technology and business stakeholders (e.g., architects, IT managers, and CIO, CTO, and IT Director teams) to ensure successful delivery and surface opportunities to expand engagements.
  • Tracks external market themes and Microsoft roadmap changes (e.g., Azure, Copilot, and AI), and recommends how to evolve delivery offerings.

Leads and Delivers Engagement Execution
  • Drives the qualification and delivery of integrated, end to end Microsoft solutions to meet client expectations and successful delivery.
  • Leads delivery planning on assigned engagements, works with the architects and delivery teams across Microsoft workloads, conducts client meetings to align on scope and outcomes, and executes against the plan.
  • Works collaboratively across solution architects and other leads to ensure a quality and market competitive solution is delivered.
  • Applies delivery governance, methodology, and quality standards, managing risk, scope, schedule, and budget across assigned engagements.
  • Provides delivery and technical leadership, serving as the escalation point for complex technical challenges and contributing to staffing and capacity decisions to deliver engagements profitably and on time.
