Job description

Job Summary:
Agile IT is a company focused on providing exceptional customer service and licensing expertise. They are seeking a Microsoft 365 Licensing Advisor to serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-value accounts, providing guidance on Microsoft licensing and training internal teams. The role combines customer interaction with internal coaching and requires a strong understanding of Microsoft products and licensing.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the dedicated licensing point of contact for our highest-value accounts.
• Advise customers on the right Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing structure for their needs, balancing cost, compliance, and growth.
• Partner with Account Executives on active deals, joining sales calls to scope and validate licensing.
• Train and mentor internal teams on Microsoft licensing programs, products, and best practices.
• Own and resolve licensing tickets and customer requests, often starting from incomplete information.
Qualifications:
Required:
• A relationship-first mindset and a genuine drive to take care of customers
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure licensing, GCC and GCC High licensing
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, features, and licensing models
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to research and interpret Microsoft licensing documentation
• Experience advising customers or internal stakeholders on licensing decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ticketing systems and managing customer requests
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Self-motivated
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft CSP, EA, or AOS-G programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center
• Familiarity with CMMC compliance requirements
• Experience with Autotask PSA or similar ticketing systems
