The Regent University School of Business and Leadership is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant to support the growing operations of the MBA Association (MBAA). This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student to gain hands-on experience in organizational development, communications, and event management while contributing to the MBAA's mission of developing Christ-centered business leaders.
The Graduate Assistant will work closely with MBAA leadership across a wide range of initiatives - including the Premium Membership Program, Speaker Series, Networking Nights, Skills Series, and the MBAA Newsletter - gaining unique exposure to both the administrative and programmatic work of a dynamic graduate professional organization of the School of Business and Leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to MBAA leadership across communications, scheduling, and member relations
  • Create and manage content for MBAA social media channels and newsletter
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of MBAA events and programming
  • Support Premium Membership Program operations and member engagement
  • Provide administrative support for the MBAA Leadership Team Meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of MBAA operations and new initiatives

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as a graduate student: the School of Business & Leadership or the School of Communication & the Arts at Regent University, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Creative skills a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
