Data Entry Coordinator

The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems. This role supports data integrity, organizes digital records, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and reliable information for reporting and business operations. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with numbers and computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases with high accuracy
  • Review and verify data for completeness; correct errors as needed
  • Organize and manage digital files for easy access and proper storage
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Support reporting and basic data analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across systems
  • Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times
