Data Entry - Contract
Job Information
Title: Data Entry
Compensation: $25/hr - $36/hr (Approx $50,000-$75,000)
Duration: Approx 1 Month
Work Environment: Onsite Monday-Thursday, WFH on Fridays

Job Responsibilities

Specific duties in this role include:

  • Gather product spec information and log them in a centralized file
  • Gather product images and upload to centralized folder with specific naming logic
  • Identify online product information gap at key accounts
  • Send product information to key account managers to improve product contents online
  • Search websites and profiles to gather missing data including images and SKUs
  • Ensure all data and images are collected for up to 3,000 SKUs
  • Work closely with the product management team meeting their requests

Requirements

Specific requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Social Media, or related field preferred
  • Strong ability to gather and compile various data into on centralized location
  • High-end communicator both through verbal and written communication
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including vLookup
  • Strong organization, documentation, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate to people at all levels of an organization
  • Experience with Photoshop is a Plus
