Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level accounting candidates, including recent high school graduates with basic Excel skills, who are looking to grow in an office environment.
We are looking for someone who is trainable, thinks critically, works well in a team setting, and values accuracy over speed.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter billing, payment, and account data into internal systems
  • Track daily transactions and reconcile account information
  • Apply incoming payments and assist with accounts receivable tracking
  • Verify numerical data and ensure proper coding before processing
  • Print and review daily system reports
  • Maintain organized documentation and records
  • Assist with account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members regarding account questions

  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
