Job description

Century Group's finance banking client is searching for Data Entry Specialist. This position is temporary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $21 to $24 per hour.
Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain records of maintenance work orders, equipment inspections, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by following established data entry procedures.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital files for documents and records.
  • Compile data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for the management team.
  • Generate reports on inventory usage and reordering needs.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
