Director - ManufacturingSector

Position Summary

RSM is seeking a senior Manufacturing Industry Director to accelerate the growthand capacityof our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice within the Manufacturing sector. This strategic leadership role will serve as an industry-focused executive responsible for strengthening RSM's manufacturing market position, expanding executive client relationships, shaping industry-specific solutions, and supporting the pursuit and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 transformation programs.

The ideal candidate combines deep manufacturing industry experience with strong knowledge of ERP, supply chain, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. They will help elevate RSM's credentials in priority manufacturing segments, support complex pursuits, advise clients throughout transformational programs, and contribute to the development of industry-focused offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Leadership & Market Development

  • Serve as a recognized manufacturing industry leader and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

  • Help develop and execute RSM's Manufacturing strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Enhance RSM's qualifications and market credibility within targeted manufacturing sectors.

  • Build relationships with manufacturing executives, industry associations, Microsoft stakeholders, and strategic partners.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
