Job description

Position: Dynamics 365 Developer – Project Operations & Azure Integration

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in D365 Project Operations, plugin development, Azure Functions with C#, Power Automate, and JavaScript/Web Resources. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations to extend the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions, including entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
  • Design and develop custom plugins using C# to implement business logic and automation.
  • Build and maintain Azure Functions to support integration and event-driven architecture.
  • Create and manage Power Automate flows to support business process automation.
  • Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, including ribbon customizations and form scripting.
  • Deploy and manage web resources and integrations within D365 CE/Project Operations.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design sessions, and solution architecture discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across custom plugins, integrations, and flows.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Project Operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying plugins using C#.
  • Strong experience with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps (preferably with C# backend).
  • Solid hands-on experience with Power Automate / Flow.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and handling web resources within Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Familiarity with deployment tools such as Azure DevOps and solution packaging.
  • Good understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for D365 solutions.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with integration of third-party systems via Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, etc.
  • Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, or Canvas Apps.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure.
