We are looking for a part-time, hands-on Microsoft administrator to securely configure and support our remote desktop environment for approximately 10-15 users.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Windows 365 Enterprise and evaluate Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Set up Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA and Defender.
  • Restrict company data from being downloaded or copied to personal devices.
  • Configure shared mailboxes such ************* allowing employees to use their individual company email on phones.
  • Migrate users from our current IONOS Windows servers.
  • Configure Outlook, Teams, webcams, microphones and remote-access policies.
  • Provide ongoing administration, troubleshooting and documentation.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on Windows 365 Enterprise or Azure Virtual Desktop deployments.
  • Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online and Conditional Access.
  • Windows Server/RDS and remote BYOD environments.
  • Shared-mailbox security and Microsoft licensing.
  • PowerShell and Microsoft Defender experience.

Engagement

Remote, approximately 10–20 hours initially, with fewer hours after implementation.
