The Member Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for members, clients, or customers. This roleย is responsible forย handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to text messages and emails, managing case work, documenting interactions accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.ย 

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, support, or case management experience preferred.ย 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.ย 

  • Excellent active listening skills.ย

$14 - $14 an hour
Starting pay - $14/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)
Working hours - 8:00am-7:00pm (CST) ; Work Days - M-Fย 
Paid Training - typically 1-2 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 daysย
