The roles have essentially been combined, and now there are 4 total positions open for: Technical Business Analyst/Data Analyst position.
Position/Role Details:
  • Strong understanding of the business processes and data flow across the Policy and Claims life cycle is must.
  • Understands how Data Warehouse (Cloud based / Microsoft Data Lake Storage) and Analytics requirements are driven
  • Mapping of source to Target. Target is our common data model but source varies by system it can be XML, DB2, SQL etc
  • From an overall experience perspective 7 to 11 yrs is ideal.
  • Managing Data/Data Mapping - Mapping of multiple data bases to one.
  • Strong experience with commercial insurance business processes and data flow across the Policy and Claims life cycle.
  • Experience in Data warehouse and Analytics requirements collection with business interface.
  • Experience in mapping of multiple data sources to Target Data warehouse.
  • Role will be for data governance support and standardization.
  • Bring data from various policy and claims system / platforms into one confined data model by Domains like Policy, Claims, Party etc. Target is common data model, but source varies by system it can be XML, DB2, SQL etc.
