Job Summary:

They are seeking a Microsoft Azure expert to manage day-to-day operations of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft Office 365, ensuring high availability and performance of critical system resources while participating in various projects to support business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft Office 365.
• Manage servers and systems, monitor system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
• Ensure that records of systems and equipment inventory are properly maintained.
• Participate in projects to implement applications to the server infrastructure in support of a business need or a business solution to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of critical system resources.
• Develop and coordinate project directions and schedules to maximize benefits and minimize impact on the customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and implementation of projects for system operations and systems administration.
• Plan, organize, and document complex system design activities and configure systems to be consistent with policies/procedures.
• Interface with customers, peers, and managers to evaluate and understand business needs.
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity related incidents.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent training and experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years relevant Senior Systems Administrator experience including complex systems design, programming, and systems software and support
• Experience in the design, planning, and implementation of reliable enterprise level systems
• Experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Azure Entra ID administration and security
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Exchange 2016, ProofPoint, Exchange Online Protection
• Experience with Azure Workload Design, Implementation, Security, Enterprise Applications, App Integrations
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Governance, Design, Planning, Policies, Security, Conditional Based Access
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience with Windows 2022, 2019, and 2016 Operating Systems
• Experience with Active Directory, ADCS, DNS, WINS, DHCP, GPO, PKI
• Experience with PowerShell
• Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Exceptional communication skills must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and with individuals from diverse disciplines and levels of technical expertise
