Job Summary
The Technology Solutions Specialist is a hands-on technology professional responsible for supporting the development and implementation of innovative, AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, client experience, and business processes across ET GLOBAL's North American division.
This role works collaboratively with teams across the organization to identify business challenges, evaluate technology solutions, develop prototypes and applications, and implement practical solutions using AI, automation, cloud platforms, and other emerging technologies.
Working closely with Sales, Creative Development, Client Services, Project Management, Operations, and Finance, the Technology Solutions Specialist helps translate business needs into practical technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, scalability, and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Solutions & Innovation
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities where technology, AI, and automation can improve processes and solve business challenges.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, AI platforms, and automation tools that create competitive advantages.
  • Recommend practical technology solutions based on business requirements, usability, cost, and technical feasibility.
  • Support the implementation of technology initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and technology roadmap.
  • Stay current on technology trends and bring innovative ideas that improve business operations and client experiences.

Hands-On Development & Implementation
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and pilot applications to evaluate technological solutions to business problems.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end technology solutions that integrate business systems, cloud platforms, and client-facing applications.
  • Assist with integrations, APIs, dashboards, automation workflows, and AI-enabled applications.
  • Use Generative AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, and other emerging technologies to improve business processes and productivity.
  • Configure and deploy cloud-based solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Document solution designs, technical architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve existing solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop technology solutions, client presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
  • Work with Creative to explore AI, digital engagement, and interactive technologies that can enhance client experiences
  • Work with Project Management to support technical feasibility, planning, testing, and successful implementation.
  • Support Operations by identifying and implementing automation and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Assist Finance with reporting, analytics, software evaluation, and technology-related process improvements.
  • Coordinate with external technology vendors, partners, and client stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal users as new technology solutions and tools are implemented.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, cloud engineering, systems engineering, AI, solution architecture, or a related technical field. Recent graduates with relevant internships, co-op experience, or exceptional hands-on technical projects are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, cloud computing, APIs, or modern software development.
  • Hands-on experience developing applications, integrations, automation solutions, or technical projects through professional work, internships, coursework, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
  • Working knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Power Platform is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
