NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Azure Devops Engineer
Details:
Role: Azure Devops Engineer
Location: Plano, TX /
Orlando, FL / Alpharetta GC / Greenwood Village CO / NY - Hybrid
Duration: 12 months
Primary responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain source code based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop solutions that are tested, scalable, reliable, and reusable following our established development and testing practices.
  • Has functional understanding of design patterns.
  • Works actively and collaboratively as a team player in a Safe Agile team following defined development processes, expands stories into technical tasks, works on removing impediments, and executes at top velocity.
  • Has successful track record of delivering on projects, both individually and as a team member.
  • Is organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
  • Delivers work/value in a variety of areas (server, client, DB, multiple applications).
  • Recommends improvements to both processes and products.

Skills:
  • Minimum 9 years of experience with other Azure DevOps tools, such as GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Ansible/Octopus Deploy, , AppDynamics, Splunk or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with docker file and image creation, running containers on Kubernetes or using Docker run time environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in any of the scripting languages like Shell Scripting, Groovy, Python, Perl or PowerShell or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with relational database management skills like MSSQL, MySQL, SQL, Postgres or MongoDB preferred or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing DevOps within private cloud and public cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Google or Amazon AWS cloud services or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform as a team member.

Preferred skills:
Experience working with in the Financial Services domain.
