Position: Application Support Engineer (Azure DevOps)
Location: Houston, TX (4 days hybrid onsite)
Job Summary:

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Application Support Engineer to support and maintain applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2/L3 application support for Azure-based applications
  • Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues
  • Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
  • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
  • Ensure system availability and performance
  • Maintain documentation for support activities

Required Skills:
