Job description

Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer  
Contract: W2 Only

Location: Reston VA OR Plano TX- 3 days in office Hybrid work. In person Interview will be required 

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional to design and deliver an AI‑driven document automation solution within the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data360, Flow, Apex/OmniStudio, Prompt Builder, and document generation. The individual will lead end‑to‑end solution build, testing, and UAT support for an executive‑ready, data‑driven briefing automation capability.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Architecture & Build

  • Design and implement Salesforce‑based automation triggered from Account records
  • Configure Lightning Quick Actions and Screen Flows with guided UI, preview, and refinement loops
  • Build a Context Assembly Engine using Apex Invocable Actions and/or OmniStudio Integration Procedures
  • Integrate CRM data, Data Cloud/Data360, analytics outputs, and curated external datasets
  • Implement custom objects, versioning models, and secure role‑based access

AI & Prompt Engineering (Agentforce)

  • Design and build multiple Prompt Builder templates with deterministic structure and grounding
  • Apply business tone rules, safety logic, and modular refresh patterns
  • Tune and optimize prompts during UAT to ensure accuracy, consistency, and executive readiness

Document Generation

  • Implement Salesforce‑native or OmniStudio‑based Document Generation solutions
  • Configure token mapping from Salesforce data models into Word/PDF templates
  • Enable automated file creation, storage, and linking within Salesforce

Testing, UAT & Deployment Readiness

  • Perform unit and integration testing across flows, integrations, prompts, and DocGen
  • Support UAT cycles, defect remediation, and prompt/context tuning
  • Deliver deployment readiness artifacts including runbooks, configuration checklists, and smoke tests

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Translate finalized data strategies and mappings into technical implementation
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and status reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data usage, and AI trust requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years Salesforce experience with complex enterprise implementations
  • Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Agentforce & Prompt Builder
  • Strong experience with Data Cloud / Data360 and data integration strategies
  • Advanced skills in Flow, Apex, OmniStudio (IP, DocGen)
  • Experience designing AI‑assisted content generation solutions
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, and governance
  • Proven ability to support UAT and stabilize solutions for production readiness

Nice to Have

  • Experience with analytics integrations (e.g., Tableau or similar)
