Job description

The Microsoft Intune Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions using Microsoft Intune. This role requires expertise in modern workplace management, security, and cloud-based endpoint management strategies. The Architect will lead migration projects from legacy MDM solutions, plan transitions from on-premises to cloud-based management, and develop modern device management strategies for remote and hybrid workforces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the current IT environment and develop transformation roadmaps.
  • Architect and implement Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions for secure and scalable endpoint management.
  • Develop architecture diagrams, deployment strategies, and documentation tailored to federal compliance requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP).
  • Design zero-touch deployment workflows using provisioning tools such as Apple Business Manager.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, security baselines, and MAM.
  • Integrate Intune with Microsoft 365 solutions, including Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
