Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer / Consultant to support the administration, configuration, security, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, identity management, PowerShell automation, and security and compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services and applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online environments.
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, authentication, access management, and user administration.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 administration portals and tenant settings.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 services, identify issues, and perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Support Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, integrations, and environment changes.
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance policies and controls.
  • Assist with access governance, permissions, authentication, and identity-related security requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to resolve technical issues and improve M365 services.
  • Maintain technical documentation, configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 platform updates, features, security capabilities, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • SharePoint Online
    • Exchange Online
    • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity and access management
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and other M365 administration portals.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
