Job description

Summary: Provide administrative and operational support for the Micron account by handling accurate data entry, scheduling appointments and meetings, and tracking crate numbers, storage locations, and inventory status. Act as the primary coordinator between Micron contacts and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate logistics and communications.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems related to shipments, crate numbers, storage locations, and inventory status.
  • Track crate movement and storage assignments; update location and status in real time.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, deliveries, pickups, and meetings between Micron representatives and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized records (electronic and/or paper) for all Micron related transactions, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries (daily/weekly) of crate status, inventory levels, upcoming appointments, and any discrepancies.
  • Follow established procedures and compliance requirements specific to Micron account handling.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and inventory information.
  • Other requirements and request provided by Micron or Mesa management.
