Your Opportunity for Impact


In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying and growing new accounts within Health and Human Services (HHS), and its sub agencies. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers and sales professionals to craft innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your ability to navigate the complexities of the Federal Government contracting process will be key to driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships.


What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that ensure long-term success, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers across the HHS and sub agencies (NIH, CDC, FDA, CMS, SAMHSA, and HRSA, etc.), leading to expanded customer bases and increased market penetration.
  • Partner with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to deliver customized technology solutions that address client needs, including Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Virtualization.
  • Manage account relationships with senior-level engagements, crafting strategic sales plans, and negotiating complex deals that ensure customer success and profitability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative products and services that help clients optimize their IT environments.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience, with a focus on Federal Civilian accounts like HHS, NIH, CDC, FDA, CMS .
  • In-depth understanding of Federal Government contracting, and relationships within the Federal industry, particularly Civilian agencies.
  • Existing client relationships that you are willing to engage in conversations to compete for their business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an organization.
  • High proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that showcase Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches to address complex customer needs effectively.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue and margin goals, successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging key decision-makers and influencers to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading technologies and OEM's in the data center, network infrastructure, cyber security, modern workplace collaboration, cloud, and clinical IT.
