A not-for-profit regional health system in Central Illinois is actively recruiting a BE/BC Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join its expanding surgical team. This is a full-time, primarily outpatient-based position focused on breast reconstruction (approximately 75%), with additional cosmetic and minor hand/micro work as desired. The ideal candidate will thrive in a patient-centered environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and work-life balance.
$675,000 base salary with RVU-based production incentives. $75,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 retention bonus. 33 days of paid time off annually.
