Position Summary:
Assembles electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications. Follows established procedures and applies knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units. Ensures conformance to specified tolerances. May disassemble and correct malfunctions. Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.
What you bring to the role:
Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are routine with clearly defined solutions. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
Possesses moderate understanding of general aspects of job. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
Works under close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year general experience. 1 year functional experience strongly desired. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $33,300.00 - $50,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
