Job description

Job duties include; but may not be limited to:

  1. Record, log, and maintain quality records as required.
  2. Communicate with other quality personnel regarding non-conforming products, processing problems, and important daily activities; inform and recommend to engineering, production supervisors, group leaders, and operators of the like.
  3. Collect parts tubs and visually inspect molded rubber product to AQL sampling plan as per Quality Specifications.
  4. Inspect first part inspection and 100% audit; initiate corrective action for non-conforming product; record, log, and maintain records.
  5. Perform duties for finishing or sorting of rejected non-conforming product; monitor and release parts from the reject hold area.
  6. Operate count scales and Micro-Vu measuring equipment when required.
  7. Prepare boxes when required; follow work instructions for packaging and specifications; verify and affix appropriate box labels.
