Duties:

Performs inspections and Preventative maintenance on Building and Production Machinery and Equipment. This includes but is not limited to Compressors, Pumps, Motors, Gear Drives, Welders Positioners, Power Rolls, Cranes, Hoists, Manual/CNC Lathes, Manual/CNC Drills/Machining Centers, Grinding Machines, Drill Sharpeners, Spray Painting Systems, Shot/Sandblasters, Oil Flush Systems, Oil Test Systems, Tube Cutters, Presses, Lighting Systems, Dust Collectors, Shears, Burning Machines, Saws, Tube Expanders, Conveyor Systems, Fork Trucks, and other Lifting.

Do minor repairs which includes but is not limited to replacing light bulbs, cleaning and replacing filters, adding grease or oil, repairing/replacing electrical cords and air/gas lines.

Performs operational checks of same (with the Exception of CNC Equipment, Welders, Burning Machines and Shot Blaster unless person has working knowledge of specific pieces of equipment).

Make repairs on pneumatic type tools.

Assist other Maintenance Department classifications as needed.

Performs snow plowing/removal with company supplied equipment. Salts or de-ices parking lot and sidewalks on an as required basis.

Can be utilized to perform Facilities Maintenance duties to cover vacation or other necessary absences.

Qualifications:

High School degree or equivalent

Some experience required in a manufacturing setting

Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs., regularly engage in climbing and working from heights.

Must have necessary standard Tools, Wrenches, Sockets, Pliers, Hammers, Screwdrivers, etc.
