Job description

Join Award-winning Chef Roberto Alcocer at Valle, a Guadalupe Valley Kitchen, Michelin Star Restaurant, as he draws on the traditions of Mexico's renowned wine region and the bounty of local farms and sea food, to create Valle's bold cuisine paired with a selection on Mexican wine, best enjoyed on the seaside dining veranda in the Dining Room which boasts beautiful ocean views. Guest can enjoy an intimate dining experience with a Chef's tasting menu or a la carte, or if is the case of a special celebratory evening up to eight in our private dining room.

This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders and manning the bar area. The Bartender will prepare beverages in accordance with menu and Valle standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. We are looking for a tenured Bartender that has worked in fine dining establishments or cocktail bars. This person would be creative and live, breathe, have a passion for curating cocktails! This is not a position for someone looking to newly become a Bartender.

Valle is a very high performance expectation environment due being a Michelin Restaurant and looking for staff that align with the journey they are on. A groomed appearance/ being on time to every shift are requirements.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00

·         Refined verbal communication skills.

·         3 years of Bartending experience in a fine dining establishment. (Michelin Star preferred.)

·         3 year experience in F&B.

·         Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Must be available Tuesday – Saturday.
