Daytime Dishwasher & Prep Cook

Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals for a full-time Daytime Dishwasher & Prep Cook position at our new restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a fast-paced kitchen team, and are ready to grow with a company that values hospitality and teamwork, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for team members who are reliable, organized, and eager to help keep our kitchen running smoothly while supporting food preparation for daily service.

A Day in the Life

As a Daytime Dishwasher & Prep Cook, you are a vital part of the kitchen team. Responsibilities include:

  • Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen

  • Assisting with food prep including cutting, portioning, and preparing ingredients

  • Following all health and safety standards

  • Supporting cooks and kitchen staff during service

  • Keeping prep stations stocked and organized

Qualifications

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed

  • Weekend availability is a plus

Work Schedule

We encourage a healthy work/life balance with 5-day workweek schedules. This position is primarily daytime hours with some weekend availability required.
